The workshop unfolds in three engaging virtual segments.

Initially, we'll delve into neurodiversity, using presentations, personal accounts and interactive debates to challenge stereotypes and misunderstandings. This global, virtual setting allows participants from all over to engage in these critical discussions.

Next, we'll provide tangible strategies for building inclusive online workspaces. Attendees will discover effective communication techniques, consider necessary workplace accommodations, and experience virtual activities that foster understanding and empathy towards neurodivergent individuals.

Finally, we'll highlight the value of neurodiverse thinking, using case studies and virtual brainstorming to illustrate how it can fuel innovation and productivity.
